At Black Country Housing Group we run a number of employment and training programmes including offering work club sessions out in the local community for anyone that may need assistance finding work.

We have been using the Kaonix system for some time now across our contracts and have found the system to be invaluable. There are so many job search sites now that customers get confused with which ones they have registered with and which are new, by using Kaonix we have been able to ensure our customers are able to search in one place with the peace of mind that they will get to see all relevant jobs.

The system gives the advisers the ability to highlight jobs for customers, matching their skills and requirements to vacancies, it also provides valuable data on our customer's level of jobsearch, and this is another great tool when assisting customers find the right job.

The system is easy to use for both customers and advisers and I would whole heartedly recommend Kaonix to any provider working in the Welfare to Work sector.

BID Services we have a bespoke Employment Service that supports deaf and hard of hearing clients into employment. Many of our clients use British Sign language as their first language and experience multiple barriers when navigating their way through the employment market access job opportunities.

We have been using the Kaonix system for just over a year and have found this to be invaluable. Many of our clients have low levels of literacy so searching multiple job sites is both daunting and confusing. With this unique system clients only have to search in one place which makes their job search much more efficient, enables them to be independent, they can tailor their job search to march their aspirations. It is easy to use and yet sophisticated in its many features.

The Employment Service at BID would recommend the Kaonix software to any provider supporting unemployed people into work.

I starting using Welfare2Work after it was highly recommended. Tracy set me up an account and showed me how to use the site. I soon realised just how good the site was and nearly all my job search was running through the site. I uploaded my cv and saved my search criteria, which was a very useful application and saved me time and helped me keep up to date with what I had already applied for. After applying to some jobs for a few weeks I had feedback offering me and interview, and since then I have been offered a job. I am very grateful to Tracy for the help, and thankful that such a wonderful tool exists. The site is clever and easy to use, and I would recommend it to anyone. Thank you!

Thank you for all your help yesterday. Candidate parsing is not only a great tool in its own right - as it allows candidates to apply to our roles easily – but it is also a great selling point when speaking with potential clients. Candidates will often take the path of least resistance, so the automatic uploading of information from CV to application form is highly beneficial, as we are able to demonstrate that more candidates complete the application process.

I had just completed my first year AS levels and decided it was time to put together a CV as I was looking for part-time work. I was referred to the w2w system by a family member and created my CV using the CV builder which prompted me to add skills to my work experience rather than rely on adding job titles, eg. baby-sitting, waitressing, etc.

After I had built and printed off my CV, the system automatically matched my skills profile to local work opportunities and I was interested that there was a position for a business administration apprentice with an international food company located 1 mile from my home; a family friend had contracted for them a couple of years ago and I knew they were an excellent company.

I applied for the role online using the w2w system and was contacted immediately by Kidderminster College who invited me in for an initial interview. They put me forward to the company who then invited me in for a general chat and tour of the facility. I was then invited back for a formal interview with the Director I would be reporting to and at the end I was offered the job.

Without w2w I don’t think I would even had found the role.
